Featuring contemporary and minimalist silhouettes, our raised Burma teak wood cabinet is a new take on modern furniture that emphasize on the beauty of simple construction and natural organic wooded grains. Each piece is hand made by Indian artisans and varnished with a rich glaze of melamine polish revealing the natural warn tones of the wood and veneers, accentuated by the subtle antiques brass finished hardware.

• Each piece is hand crafted with a combination of solid wood, engineered wood and veneers, laminates which are on the internal surfaces.
• Solid wood is partly reclaimed form old cabins which have aged for several years.
• Veneered and natural wood surface are hand sanded and finished with a clear melamine varnish.
• This piece is internally laminated with laminates which may have a slight variation in color, grain and texture compared to the veneered surfaces.
• All solid wood surfaces may have splits, knots and other organic features which are concealed within the varnish, these imperfections are naturally occurring and do not affect the quality or the performance of the furniture piece.
• Hardware is made in solid metal and finished with an antiques brass finish accentuates nature warm tones.
• Base material used in construction is Engineered wood.

• Clean the dirt from the furniture using a slightly damp cotton cloth. Ensure cleansers are suitable for the furniture material. Test a small portion before applying any cleanser. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, & lint-free cloth.
• Vacuum the fabric of your furniture periodically with a soft-bristle brush attachment to remove dirt & prevent it from getting trapped in fibres.
• In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.
• Use mats & coasters before keeping any hot or cold items on the surface.
• Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture.
• Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to direct sunlight to retain the colour or polish of the product.
• Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts & scratches.
• Avoid chemical contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish & durability of the product.
• Please note:
o Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the furniture if you want to move it.
o The product is not designed to be child-proof.

• This product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites & borer issues.

• For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, mechanisms, if any.

• This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
o Normal wear & tear of the product over prolonged use.
o Small cuts, scratches, or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.
o Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer.
o Damage owing to incorrect use or misuse by the customer.
o Damage due to fire after installation.
o Cracks developed due to displacement of the product.
o Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight.
o Decaying due to consistent exposure to water.
o Upholstery fabrics such as – but not limited to – covers have no warranty.
o Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals.
o Customer-Premises have been kept shut & or the product is in the original packaging or any other packaging/ covering which may cause the growth of mould etc. Studio Consilio (OPC) Pvt. Ltd will not be held accountable for such damages or conditions dealing to such damages.

• Accessories / 3rd party fittings & fixtures – viz. lights, wires, etc. – shall carry a warranty of maximum 3-months from the date of delivery.

• As per the industry standards, unevenness as per the tolerances allowable in relevant Indian Standard Codes is accepted widely. Unevenness can also be due to differences in floor & surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

• Cancellation:
o Customer shall cancel within 48 hours of order placement. Any cancellation after 48 hours & within 72 hours, 80% of the payment made shall be forfeited & only 20% of the purchase price shall be returned. Cancellation beyond 72 hours, 100% payment shall be forfeited.

• Returns:
o Returns not accepted. However exchange of the unpacked product shall be possible only with in 24 hours of delivery.
